Audrey and I had a great weekend. It started out with making a video for Valentines day where she drew me as a princess – never would have imagined that! She always draws me for every Valentines Day and I love that. Two years ago it was the Olympics and she drew me as an Olympic skater. Well, here it goes, I’m gonna post the picture here. And well, now that’s out there! Just wondering what she’ll draw next year. She already has plans for the summer Olympics she says… Anyway the rest of our weekend including her making a Cafe Sketching video at a local mall. It was fun to be recognized by a few people who have watched our videos before! Peace to all. Richard and Audrey
At WannaDraw, we are on a mission to elevate the art genre of entertainment and the artists in it to a higher playing field. There are so many artists out there and many don’t get the recognition they deserve. That’s where the WannaDraw comes in.
We strive to give artists ideas (via random drawing idea generators); but we don’t stop there, we then give them a way of networking to get them more recognition. This comes in the form of embedding TikTok videos, reposting Instagram content (with permission), and this Artist Spotlight blog right here! TikTok has been a great platform to promote individual people and get them more followers across their social media, but hanging out around WannaDraw will hopefully take things one step further.
Now, we won’t take credit if our site helps someone. Really its just about artists’ art being amazing and the fact that we have a community of artists that have banded together.
Thank you everyone for being here.

Update from Richard! While we are days away from releasing our mobile app, there is already a desktop version of the app in the making!
The desktop version will be a video of the random drawing idea generators we are making.
We have gotten emails about people wondering why GIFs won’t pause on desktop and the solution is less of a gif and more of a video. We will be implementing video versions of our generators into the website very soon so please stay tuned for that!
Richard just loves solving technical issues to problems while Audrey continues on with her pretty pictures. Just kidding.
Hello! Richard (@richarddoesnotdraw) here and Audrey (@auditydraws) here and welcome to our site for those of you who are new. So here’s the deal, we love random idea generators and we wanted to take this idea and make it an app so more people could enjoy.
Above is Audrey’s random idea generator made in collaboration with yours truly. As an artist, Audrey (@auditydraws) always enjoys getting random prompts for what to draw, so we figured we would make an archive of random drawing generators she had made and put them all in one place.
This website will serve as a personal convenience not only to Audrey, but also to all artists looking to practice their skills with completely random ideas and hundreds of combinations.
Have fun out there fellow artists!
Thanks for visiting and stay tuned!
Hello all. It’s Richard (@richarddoesnotdraw) and @AudityDraws and I gearing up to launch a brand new mobile app for iOS and Android! The app will feature random drawing generators and ways for you to promote your TikTok and Instagram accounts.
The goal here is to help artists get inspired to draw with new ideas and provide a way for them to get more views! Better yet, we would like to do this while providing a free service and not collecting your private information!
We want to be fully transparent and just a fun place for artists of all kinds to relax! We loved that people from all over the world were using our random drawing idea generators in their TikTok videos and we saw the community it created. Community is a valuable thing when created in the art community and once momentum starts, its always good to boost it along to keep the good vibes going!
There are hundreds of combinations for what to draw when using a random drawing generator and sometimes you just need that final spark of imagination. That is where our generators come in! We know it’s still fun to use whether you have a pencil or pen or an iPad Pro with an Apple pencil. Audrey started with traditional media such as pencils, pens, and charcoal among other media while she took art classes growing up. Half way into art college she finally began using a Wacom tablet in the computer lab of Cal State Long Beach. Soon after graduating she got her very own Wacom Cintiq and iPad Pro with an Apple pencil and within months she was making videos for TikTok.
We are here for all you artists out there and want to be a part of your story!
What could be better? Well, getting views and followers is always nice, so we have plans for giving artists features and spotlights as well. We really love the TikTok and Instagram art community and love that you came around to give my wife and I’s blog a try! I hope you all stay tuned and enjoy what’s coming soon!
Keep drawing! Unless you’re like me and you’re just married to an artist. Just keep having fun!
